这次荔枝做的是韩味辣藕片。

主料:藕、辣酱
配料:生粉、葱花、鸡蛋、酱油

步骤与图片:
1、藕去皮洗净切片,稍微沥干水分备用,葱切成葱花;

2、生粉分成2份,一份干的,另一份打入鸡蛋,加适量清水调成面糊糊;

3、将藕片两面都粘上干生粉;

4、锅烧热,倒入稍微多点的油,将粘了干生粉的藕片裹上面糊糊,小心放入油锅中炸至两面焦黄;

5、锅中倒入适量的油,爆香葱花,加两勺韩国辣酱;

6、倒适量清水煮开辣酱,加盐、酱油调味;

7、将炸好的藕片加入锅中煮5分钟,直汤汁稍微收干;

8、盛盘,撒入一点葱花点缀,就可以开吃啦!

小TIPS:
1、炸藕片的过程中,要有耐心,火不能大;
2、我做的是辣藕片,如果吃不了辣味的人,可用其他酱代替,怎么好吃怎么来;
3、煮藕片翻边时要小心,以防汤汁溅出。
