Shea butter 乳木果油

家中常备乳木果油[微笑]

据说很多非洲妇女就是一直用乳木果油,所以她们的皮肤非常柔软光滑。淡黄色,很浓的植物味。如果不用的话需要冰箱冷藏,要不然放久了就会有变白还有油hao味。照片右边那罐就是我一直放在外面用的,明显有些发白了。


哪干往哪涂,虽然比较油但是吸收的很好。可以直接当润唇膏,不过也就是睡觉前涂。或者就是在洗完澡或洗脚后,涂在小腿和脚后跟这些最容易干燥的地方,第二天早上起来干燥症状会缓解好多。夏天穿了凉鞋/凉拖后,洗完脚也拿乳木果油涂一遍保养下。粗糙脚后跟放任不管后真的不忍直视....


题外话:如果是特别干的皮肤尤其冬天小腿部分爱起皮,也可以试试这样- 就买那种很便宜的国产护肤用的橄榄油,打浴液前先全身涂一遍橄榄油,然后再上浴液再冲掉。坚持一段时间后绝对会看到效果,皮肤真的很软滑的。


之前还有买过别人用乳木果油做基底霜然后加精油配成的去湿疹霜(乳木果油本来也有对皮肤炎症有一定作用)。感觉对于症状较轻的湿疹比较有用,我妈妈朋友的手上很爱起湿疹,给她用了后很有效。但是对于我家那位的严重湿疹,短时间内效果不算好,而且他还老是忘了这个需要天天去涂...

前一阵给同学也寄去了两大罐,正好她生了宝宝可以给宝宝用,还帮助对付婴儿湿疹。
